Dispatcher – Temperature-Controlled Truck Fleet Coordinator
The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the company’s refrigerated fleet, coordinating the team of drivers, and ensuring efficient deliveries. This position is ideal for someone with experience in driver coordination, who is well-organized and has a good understanding of freight transport regulations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatching or fleet coordination, with proven results
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations, including driving and rest time rules
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in operational situations
- IT skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate level of English is required
- Category B driving license
- Experience with Getex is considered an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Route planning: Daily planning and monitoring of routes, allocation of vehicles and drivers, and tracking drivers’ driving and rest times
- Ensuring vehicle technical condition: Scheduling inspections (ITP), repairs, tachograph checks, licenses, authorizations, insurance, etc.
- Monitoring daily operations: Tracking team performance and making decisions to resolve operational issues
- Documentation management: Preparing and updating transport documents, orders, trip sheets, and delivery notes
- Monitoring and reporting performance indicators: Managing fuel consumption, fleet-related costs, efficiency, etc.
- Effective communication: Maintaining relationships with drivers, clients, and partners
- Driver onboarding: Identifying suitable candidates, organizing interviews, and ensuring the onboarding process
- Recording trips in the TMS system
