RESPONSIBILITY<\/h4>\n

\n\u2022 Negotiate the terms and rates of transport contracts.
\n\u2022 Prepares specific documents: service offers, transport orders.
\n\u2022 Implement and monitor shipments and organize deliveries to customers.
\n\u2022 Continually update carrier and customer database.
\n\u2022 Check the carriers’ invoices and transport documents.
\n\u2022 Provides regular updates on market and competitor information.
\n\u2022 Recommends potential solutions to optimize the current business.
\n\u2022 Collaborates with other divisions within the company.
\n\u2022 Periodically reports the activity and participates in company meetings.
\n\u2022 Optimization of costs related to transport
\n\u2022 Finding new carriers and negotiating rates – from experience or using the bursatransport.com and timocom platforms
\n\u2022 Follow-up and management of daily logistics activities
\n\u2022 Guiding and tracking the status of orders throughout the race;
\n\u2022 Follow-up of the operational execution of transport orders (compliance with contractual conditions, date and place of loading, arrival at the destination, solving problems that have arisen, tracking the traceability of invoices)
\n\u2022 Identifying and marketing potential clients, negotiating transport contracts
\n\u2022 Maintaining an active relationship with clients in the portfolio
\n\u2022 Permanent expansion of the company’s cooperation area on the market of domestic or international transport of goods
\n\u2022 Permanently maintaining good collaborative relationships with the company’s clients\/transport partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/h4>\n

\n\u2022 Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry (operational procedures, grouping, seasonal trends)
